  Ordered a plain sandwich to go. Get 15 minutes home. It's NOT plain! I call. They say no replacement if I don't bring it back now. I requested a replacement next time I was in town. Should have gone to the Sonic across the street. These people must be their rejects. Great customer service.

  Every time I order large fries, I have to pull up and wait cuz they're waiting on fresh fries. Well when I get them, they're only half full, every single time, and sometimes don't taste fresh. I'm not paying for a medium fry, if I wanted that, I'd order that, but that's basically all I'm getting when I receive them. Tonight I ordered three burgers and I get home (10 miles outside of town) only two burgers in there. I had to drive all the way back up there and get the burger. I mean really? I normally check my bag, but failed to tonight. Point is, these people are complaining wanting $15/hr., but can't ever get an order right. It's ridiculous, but I guess that's fast food for ya. I won't go here too often because they don't fill the fries up like they should, like I said before. Paying for a large, but getting a medium basically..I'll just start going to sonic or chicken e.
