  Called an order in and was told it would take 15 minutes. Arrived 15 later and noticed an order in the window that was the same as mine. No waitress to be seen just the cook playing on his phone. Stood at the counter for another 10 minutes and still nobody came to help. Finally after 15 minutes standing there the cook finally rang a bell and the waitress cane and told the cook that the order in the window was to go. I told her that my order had been sitting in the window for 15 minutes and her response was (I never heard a bell) WILL NOT GO BACK

  Great food. Great service. Fun, hometown environment. Good music, great specials, pool tables, arcade games, air hockey, clean bathrooms and friendly staff.
